**Customer Experience at CommScope**

We are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Representative to join our dynamic team in Madrid. As a key member of our Business Segments, you will play a pivotal role in crafting the customer experience at CommScope.

**Key Responsibilities:**

✦ Provide crucial support to our Business Segments and act as the primary point of contact for customer orders

✦ Handle customer queries, lead all aspects of order intake and management, and ensure the successful delivery of goods within a complex B2B environment

✦ Collaborate seamlessly with multiple functions to meet and exceed our customers' expectations

**Requirements:**

✦ Previous experience in a data-driven environment within a matrix and multinational organisation

✦ English and Spanish speaker mandatory

✦ Proficiency in Microsoft tools, especially Excel

✦ Experience in SAP, CRM, Salesforce, or other EMEA languages a plus
