At beBee, we are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Team Member to join our team in Madrid. As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in helping us double our team in 2022.

The ideal candidate will have experience in online advertising, account management, business analysis or client success type roles. You will be responsible for communicating directly with agencies/clients and internal Sales via phone, email, and in-person meetings (travel is associated with this position).

We offer a competitive salary of approximately $45,000 per year, plus commission structure, generous vacation policy, flat and transparent organizational structure, frequent corporate and networking events, and a supportive learning environment.

In this role, you will gain new accounts within the company, focus on retention and growth of your clients by understanding their business and meeting customer goals, assist with account setups, manage client budgets, resolve technical, product, or account issues, perform technical tasks which include data analysis, optimizing campaigns and troubleshooting issues, and collaborate with sales, product, and indexation teams to translate client needs into actionable items internally.
