Job Summary: We're seeking a visionary Head of Monetization and Partnerships to drive our monetization strategy and enhance our product for global users. As the cornerstone for sustainable growth, your role will unlock our full potential and lead the charge in innovative user-centric monetization avenues.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify revenue-generating opportunities without sacrificing user experience, working closely with the CEO and other departments to strategize and execute.
  • Estimate and forecast revenue potential from proposed initiatives, collaborating with sales/partnerships teams, brands, and platforms for ads or affiliates.
  • Understand market dynamics for free-user monetization and integrate compliant strategies, adapting to local customs, partners, and regulations for main regions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in various monetization strategies, including ads, affiliation, and partnerships, within fast-paced startups.
  • A strong product sense and ability to work with tech teams to implement necessary features and understand technical complexities.
  • Leadership skills in building and managing strong monetization teams, as well as hands-on experience delivering results.

Estimated Salary: €120,000 - €180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
