Revenue Growth Marketing Strategist

We are seeking a skilled Revenue Growth Marketing Strategist to join our team at Wolters Kluwer N.V. in the Middle East, Turkey & Africa region.
The successful candidate will serve as a key member of the international revenue marketing team, supporting the development and implementation of GTM strategies for the Medi-Span solution and other CE solutions across the META region.
This role involves working closely with regional revenue marketing leaders, sales teams, product marketing, clinical advisory, customer success, and central marketing functions to drive business growth and revenue generation.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage quarterly and annual marketing planning for Medi-Span in the META region.
- Create high-impact marketing programs with demonstrable ROI that support GTM strategies around market education, awareness raising, competitor displacement lead generation, and increasing market penetration.
- Design and implement scalable and local multi-touch programs using tactics such as ABM campaigns, digital marketing, conferences, webinars, c-suite round tables, advertising, PR, and telemarketing management.
- Collaborate with product marketing, sales, and content teams to build messaging, thought leadership content, and customer testimonials/case studies that tell the value story.
- Create and maintain an international database of customer advocacy and work with local revenue marketing leads to generate new materials addressing content and messaging gaps.
- Work with global campaign teams to help deliver product release/enhancement communications out to customers and prospects in target markets.
- Monitor qualified sales pipeline and implement actions to ensure future pipeline is sufficient to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with the EMR Programme Manager to develop and manage an EMR program that increases marketing collaboration with EMR partners through joint propositions and co-marketing activities.
- Provide regular reporting to the business on marketing activities, ROI, and impact on business results.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 5 years of broad marketing experience gained in large global companies, with a track record of managing marketing contribution to revenue.
- Collaborator with a positive and proactive approach who can work effectively with functional and marketing colleagues.
- Creative thinker and problem solver who is driven to achieve goals and successfully address challenges.
- Budget management of marketing programs.
- Thorough understanding and track record of implementing successful marketing strategies, tactics, and measurement.
- Adept at cross-functional and departmental relationship building.
- Effective communicator and networker.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- IT or healthcare IT sector experience an advantage.
- Channel partner marketing an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written English. Other languages such as French or Arabic are a plus.
Estimated Salary: €80,000 - €110,000 per year (dependent on location and experience).
