Job Description:
We are seeking a results-driven sales professional to join our team as a Digital Media Revenue Growth Specialist. This role requires a highly organized, dynamic, analytical, creative, and client-focused individual with a strong background in sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive media revenue growth through digital display, branded content, sponsorship, creative solutions, and programmatic/data
  • Accustomised to 8 external meetings per week
  • Adapt to new business opportunities, create sales solutions, and present them to the market
  • Build, maintain, and manage relationships with agencies, trading desks, independent trading desks, and other demand sources
  • Sell multiple products to clients by finding the right stakeholders for each product without digressing from a coherent product message and overall strategy
  • Independently build and manage a robust pipeline and accurately forecast new business closure rate and revenue booked
  • Work closely with the Sales Director to consistently achieve and exceed revenue goals
  • Interact with the Account Management team to effectively manage client expectations and ensure successful campaign management

Salary and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience, plus additional benefits such as flexible working hours, remote work options, continuous training, employee discounts on travel, and more.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have extensive experience in driving media sales revenue, negotiating at a senior level, meeting and exceeding sales targets, exceptional presentation and communication skills, and fluency in French and English.
