About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Revenue Growth Manager to join our dynamic team in Madrid. This role requires a deep understanding of revenue growth strategies, pricing structures, and discounting practices. The successful candidate will analyze data, develop forecasts, and optimize revenue streams to maximize profitability.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze performance data, identify areas for improvement, and propose actions to enhance marketing campaigns.
  • Develop revenue strategies to achieve targets, balancing CAC and course importance.
  • Monitor actual revenue performance, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with product creation teams to update program curriculum and suggest changes in program positioning.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Business Administration and Management.
  • At least 8 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably managing multidisciplinary teams.
