Key Responsibilities:
• Lead a team of digital marketing specialists, fostering a collaborative environment and overseeing project assignments and strategic priorities.
• Design and execute a comprehensive growth strategy focusing on customer acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue growth.
• Optimize digital marketing channels, including paid search, social media, email marketing, SEO, and influencer marketing.
• Analyze customer journeys, identify friction points, and optimize conversion funnels to drive growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between growth initiatives and product development.

Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or performance marketing roles.
• Strong analytical skills, proficiency in data analysis tools like Google Analytics, and knowledge of marketing automation platforms.
• Ability to think creatively and identify unconventional ways to drive growth, with a strong growth hacking mindset.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present data-backed recommendations to leadership and cross-functional teams.
