We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Growth Marketing Specialist to drive rapid and sustainable growth through data-driven experimentation and innovative marketing strategies at QuoIntelligence.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement growth plans that align with short-term performance goals and longer-term business objectives, focusing on Top of Funnel (ToFu) growth.
- Analyze campaign performance using data and make informed decisions to optimize conversion rates and ROI.
- Experiment with different growth tactics, including A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and email campaigns, to find effective solutions for scaling acquisition.
- Develop and manage campaigns across multiple platforms, such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, paid social, email, content, and SEO, to ensure a cohesive approach to growth.
- Implement low-cost, high-impact growth tactics aimed at quick, sustainable wins and use creative approaches to solve marketing challenges.
- Optimize user flows and engagement strategies to retain customers, increasing Lifetime Value (LTV) and reducing churn.
- Focus on conversion rate optimization (CRO) by refining user journeys, landing pages, and content that resonates with target audiences.
About You
- Proven experience as a Growth Marketing Specialist or similar role in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Expertise in developing and managing performance marketing campaigns, with a track record of driving rapid growth.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and A/B testing platforms.
- Familiarity with growth hacking techniques and an ability to think creatively.
- Experience in optimizing conversion funnels and driving customer acquisition.
- Based in the European Union.
The estimated annual salary for this position is around €80,000 - €100,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
