About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Partnership Growth and Strategic Development Specialist to join our team at Expedia Group. As a key member of our New Partners Team, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and developing strategic partnerships within the conventional lodging industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and execute high-value conventional lodging leads to drive business growth and expand our partner portfolio.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective partners, facilitating their onboarding process and educating them on how to offer competitive hotel products on Expedia sites.
  • Provide data-driven insights and market analysis to partners, helping them optimize their hotel offerings and revenue management strategies.
  • Develop and implement innovative strategies to promote Expedia's full suite of services, including unique market insights, revenue management tools, and marketing opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve overall business targets and goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience in commercial sales or a related field.
  • Proficiency in English and at least one additional language (French, German, Italian, Arabic, or Nordic languages) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize work and achieve critical targets.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to adapt to local market conditions and partner needs.
