About the Role
The NTT DATA Vendor Alliances Specialist plays a pivotal role in shaping the company's strategic partnerships and alliances, working closely with senior team members to drive business growth and revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Relationship Building: Assist in developing and nurturing relationships with key partners, fostering a collaborative environment that drives mutual success.
- Negotiation and Partnership Management: Participate in negotiations and discussions to establish robust and competitive partnership agreements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product management teams to support joint initiatives with partners, ensuring seamless execution and alignment.
- Technology Integration: Assist in integrating partner technologies or services into NTT DATA's products or platforms, enriching the customer experience.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting: Help track and analyze partnership performance against established metrics and KPIs, providing actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
- Communication and Stakeholder Management: Serve as a point of contact for partners in day-to-day operational matters, ensuring prompt and effective communication.
- Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks related to partnership management, such as contract management and document preparation.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, computer science, or information technology or a related field.
- Experience: Entry-level business development experience, preferably in an IT services environment, with a focus on channel sales or channel management.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English, with proficiency in Dutch or French a plus.
