Lead the Way with Team Amex

You are a key player in helping us deliver the world's best customer experience every day. As a Senior Partner Manager, Central, you will be responsible for overseeing current external recruitment and processing partners in CEE, managing their day-to-day relationship, and driving key activities across the Partner Management team.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Oversight of current external recruitment and processing partners in CEE, including relationship management.
  2. Engagement with partners to articulate strategy on target merchant industry verticals and geographies.
  3. Liaising with partners to ensure best practices are shared and employed.
  4. Managing updates and revisions to contracts for regulatory purposes.
  5. Delivery of training to partner sales teams on the American Express Value Proposition.
  6. Oversight of compliance and regulatory requirements.
  7. Stakeholder Management, ensuring up-to-date knowledge of the external acquiring landscape.
