About the Role: We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist / Local People Partner to join our team in Spain (Malaga or Madrid office). This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a hyper-growth organization where you will have the chance to shape the future of our company.

Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with senior leaders and managers to develop effective people strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Employee Relations: Provide expert advice on complex employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and organizational policies.
  • Talent Management: Partner with leaders to design and implement talent development and succession planning strategies.
  • Change Management: Support business transformation initiatives by designing and delivering change management strategies.
  • Workforce Planning: Assist in forecasting future workforce needs and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Learning & Development: Promote a culture of continuous learning by identifying and facilitating relevant training and development programs.
  • Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI): Champion DEI initiatives to foster a more inclusive and equitable work environment.
  • HR Analytics & Reporting: Utilize data to drive people decisions and provide regular reporting on HR metrics.
  • Policy & Compliance: Ensure HR policies and procedures are up-to-date and compliant with UK employment law.
  • Wellbeing & Engagement: Drive initiatives to enhance employee wellbeing and engagement.
  • Payroll: Support local country leader and payroll department in payroll delivery.

What You Will Need:

  • Salary: €55,000 - €70,000 per annum (depending on experience)
  • Location: Malaga or Madrid office (4 days/week) + 1 day remote work

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR generalist role
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing strategic people plans
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
