Drive Partner and Channel Sales Success

The Opportunity Denodo is seeking a highly motivated individual to drive partner and channel sales in this key role. As a Strategic Channel Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to achieve indirect sales targets, partner readiness, and recruitment objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner Recruitment and Enablement: Proactively identify, recruit, and onboard new partners, establishing productive relationships with key personnel.
  • Partner Planning and Execution: Collaborate with internal teams to develop mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones with partners.
  • Partner Management: Foster excellent communication, manage potential conflicts, ensure partner compliance, and drive adoption of company programs.

To succeed in this role, you will require excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to interact with technical and business counterparts, and a strong track record of achieving targets with partner recruitment, enablement, and revenue growth.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration.
  • 5+ years of experience in indirect sales and channel development for a software product company.
  • Excellent knowledge of reseller, systems integrator, and consulting ecosystems.

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off. Travel requirements are approximately 25-50%.
