Salary: The estimated annual salary for this position is €120,000 - €150,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
About the Job:
This role plays a crucial part in driving our global expansion strategy through strategic partnerships.
The International Channel Manager will oversee approximately 20 channel partners, developing and adapting strategies to meet market demands.
You will establish objectives, evaluate alternatives, and drive brand commitment and performance above quota.
Key responsibilities include building stronger business relationships with partners, creating go-to-market strategies, and managing channel development and growth.
You will also set performance metrics, track progress, and implement improvement plans as necessary.
Additional duties include collaborating with regional offices, monitoring channel performance, and serving as the liaison between RRG, Channel, and Finance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A Master's Degree in Marketing
- At least 4 years of Sales or Marketing experience, preferably in the financial technology sector
- Strong relationship-building and rapport-building skills
- Demonstrated leadership and ability to influence cross-functionally
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work with cross-cultural teams and resolve issues across departments
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to leverage both field and corporate resources effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
- Bilingual: Fluency in English and Spanish. French will be a plus
