The Indirect Channel Regional Manager reporting to the Indirect Channel National Manager will develop and implement Commercial strategy overseeing the network of Distributors and Agents for the Orthopedics Channel in their area of Responsibility ensuring strategic plans are implemented in all regions led by the Indirect Channel structure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and report on commercial activity within scope to establish corrective actions and ensure set targets are achieved.
  • Collaborate with supervisors in defining marketing strategies and tactics through reports, interviews, and/or ad-hoc meetings to enhance the impact of commercial activity.
  • Contribute to defining sales targets for the region and budget by establishing positive action plans for their area.
  • Maintain relationships with key customers and participate in closing deals and/or negotiations within their expertise.
  • Monitor and correct inefficiencies through data on owned assets in assigned Distribution territory.

Requirements:

  • Strong oral and written communication skills, fluent in Spanish and English.
  • Experience in a similar role: track in at least 2 years leading sales teams in Direct and Indirect Channel is a plus.
  • Relevant project/program management skills from planning and analysis, implementation, and consolidation, including change management skills.
  • Strong customer/user focus, stakeholder management with influencing and collaborative skills.
  • Innovative and strategic mindset is essential for the role.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment with agility and flexibility.

Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum based on location and experience.
