Empresa Reconocida is seeking a highly skilled Global Channel Development Director to lead the development and implementation of our channel strategy across the EMEA & CIS region.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in business, sales, and marketing who can drive growth through strategic partnerships and collaborations. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive channel strategy that aligns with our regional priorities and objectives.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a global channel development strategy that drives revenue growth and improves market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, partners, and internal teams
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities through strategic partnerships and collaborations
  • Manage and analyze market data to inform channel strategies and optimize performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of channel initiatives
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in business, sales, and/or marketing fields with international exposure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong desire to serve customers and build effective relationships
  • Proficiency in IT, with experience using MS Office, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Highly motivated and able to plan and execute goals in a fast-paced environment
What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and generous paid time off.
