About This Role
In this pivotal position as Strategic Partnership Manager for Iberia, you will play a key role in driving Aircall's strategic direction for the region. As part of our EMEA growth strategy, partnership management is crucial for business expansion. Your primary goal will be to cultivate and develop existing partnerships while identifying new opportunities to drive revenue growth.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Grow partner engagement and manage ongoing tech alliances to help increase revenue with our strategic partner ecosystem (Salesforce, Hubspot, Intercom, Zendesk, etc.).
- Develop and maintain relationships with strategic partners, including software providers and channel partners (e.g., System Integrators, Solution Partners, Digital Consulting firms).
- Identify new partnership opportunities and develop strategies to expand Aircall's market presence in Iberia.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful partnership outcomes.
- Work on partner leads to move pipeline through the sales cycle.
Your Profile
- Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field from a top-tier university.
- Fluency in Spanish and English is essential.
- An entrepreneurial mindset, autonomy, and strong leadership skills.
