**Job Description**
We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Partnership Development Manager to join our team in Brüel & Kjær Vibro Gmbh. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and expanding relationships with existing partners within Asset-Intensive Industries to support our growth objectives.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Nurture and expand relationships with existing partners to support business growth
- Leverage deep understanding of process industries to identify opportunities for enhancing partner engagement
- Build and manage commercially viable relationships with distributors and representatives
- Design and implement a structured process for monitoring partner performance and identifying growth opportunities
**Requirements and Qualifications:**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Management, Engineering or a related field
- Proven track record of building and managing strategic partnerships
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable insights
