Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and strategic thinker to join our Reproductive Medicine Business Unit as a Healthcare Solutions and Partnerships Manager in Spain. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in developing innovative value propositions and building long-term relationships with influential stakeholders in the healthcare sector.
Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic partnerships by building and maintaining robust relationships with key stakeholders, including hospital groups and fertility clinic chains.
- Develop and implement solutions aligned with commercial and account strategies for private and public healthcare sectors.
- Account management excellence by designing individual account plans, negotiating agreements, and proposing innovative initiatives to drive results.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, market access, and medical affairs teams to create impactful strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you must have a university degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Economics. An MBA or Postgraduate studies in Marketing/Commercial Leadership are highly valued. Additionally, you should have 10 years of experience in Commercial and Strategic Account Management, with a background in negotiating with private healthcare sector groups and preferably in the Pharmaceutical Industry.
