The Team:
Our Ecosystem Solutions & Success Team is at the forefront of bringing our powerful mission to life. This team drives the transformation of our ecosystem to accelerate the growth of the Execution Management System for all partners and Celonis.
The Role:
You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across different departments to ensure our ecosystem is ready to deliver world-class experiences to customers at every stage of engagement.
Your primary responsibility will be to develop, maintain, and deliver world-class learning journeys for Celonis partners to reach their full potential in selling, implementing, and creating solutions on Celonis EMS.
This involves shaping the vision around Partner Enablement with different stakeholders, conceptualising, developing and executing different programs in the field of Learning & Development for partners, and being directly involved in aligning and prioritising key work streams to work cross-departmentally with different teams from Customer Value to Product to Operations Organisations.
In addition, you will develop key KPIs and objectives for each fiscal year for the Ecosystem Enablement Team, create a customized enablement plan with global partners (from Online Training & Online Certification to instructor-led training) and internal stakeholders to define and measure enablement goals, and maintain control over complex operations & analytics on the Celonis Enablement Program within the fast-paced Celonis ecosystem, collaborating with all functional teams to develop, implement, and enhance the partner's learning journey.
Achieving a deep understanding of the main components, design and structure of the Celonis Partner Enablement Program, including the ability to perform in the role of a training instructor if needed, will also be a critical aspect of your responsibilities.
The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
Requirements for success in this role include 2-5 years of experience as a Partner Enablement Manager or similar role in a global operating SaaS company, experience in building and delivering effective training programs for a global organization that enhance sales/pre-sales and delivery performance, excellent written and verbal communication and relation skills, success working with cross-functional teams, excellent organizational skills and a passion for fine details, and a diligent work ethic and proven ability to execute tasks with drive & enthusiasm.
Desirable qualifications include experience in the role of a training instructor.
