About the Opportunity
Formalize, a thriving SaaS company with notable success across Europe, is seeking an experienced Head of Partnerships to join its team. This exciting role offers a unique chance to shape and build a partner sales motion, including defining strategy and partner programs.
Your Role
You will be responsible for organizing and growing our channel partners, developing and implementing a strategic partnership framework to support the company's growth objectives. Additionally, you will develop and manage a structured program to support our 500+ partners, attract new partners, and design partner programs that incentivize sales, collaboration, and mutual success.
Your Qualifications
We are looking for a seasoned professional with at least 4 years of experience in partnership management or business development. You should have a proven track record of successfully developing and managing partnerships, particularly in SaaS or Tech companies. Experience in building and executing strategic partnership frameworks and programs to support business expansion is essential. Strong leadership skills, ability to inspire and lead a team, and excellent communication skills are also required.
What We Offer
This role offers a competitive salary of €90,000 - €120,000 per year, depending on location (Madrid or Aarhus), plus company shares.
