As a Business Development and Partnerships Manager at Lingokids, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new partnerships that align with our business objectives and enhance our market presence. Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective partners, negotiating beneficial terms and agreements, and collaborating with internal teams to develop effective partnership strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify New Partnership Opportunities: Research and analyze potential partners according to our departments' strategy, targeting organizations that align with our business goals and values.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective partners, acting as the main point of contact and facilitating communication.
- Negotiation and Contract Management: Lead negotiations with potential partners to secure beneficial terms and agreements, ensuring clarity and mutual benefit.
- Collaborative Development: Work closely with internal teams (e.g., legal, content) to understand partnership objectives and tailor propositions effectively.
- Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking meetings to promote our company and identify potential partnership opportunities.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and evaluate the performance of partnerships, ensuring alignment with company objectives and identifying areas for growth.
