About the Team
We're looking for a skilled Partner Development Manager to join our Partnerships organization. As a key member of the App ecosystem team, you'll play a vital role in building fruitful partnerships that drive growth and innovation. Your mission will be to identify strategic partners, nurture them from prospect to publication, and unlock opportunities for Aircall to accelerate its largest strategic initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Define growth opportunities and identify strategic partners that will drive business success.
  • Build a pipeline of partners that meet your goals and nurture them throughout the partnership journey.
  • Research and prospect ideal partners, gathering key business information through thoughtful conversations.
  • Collaborate closely with product and GTM teams to identify key opportunities and drive revenue growth.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
We're looking for someone with a proven track record in successfully prospecting and building new tech partnerships. You should have a deep understanding of PaaS/SaaS business models, strong internal stakeholder management, and excellent communication skills. Experience with APIs and app development, as well as data-driven decision-making, is highly desirable.
