As a Partner Development Manager, you'll be at the heart of this revolution, working closely with integration partners to drive growth and expand our product offering.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of business needs and a proven track record of sourcing new partners. You'll work hand-in-hand with these partners to build, launch, and scale their integrations, unlocking partnership opportunities that accelerate our strategic initiatives.

Main Responsibilities
  • Define growth opportunities and identify key partners to meet those needs
  • Nurture partnerships from prospect to publication, building a pipeline of successful collaborations
  • Research and prospect ideal partners, gathering key business information through collaborative conversations
  • Support the development of Ecosystem partners, working closely with the Partnerships team and other stakeholders
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience successfully prospecting and building new tech partnerships
  • Proven ability to negotiate and execute growth-centric partnerships
  • Understanding of partner business models and PaaS/SaaS principles
  • Strong internal stakeholder management and self-motivation
  • Excellent communication skills, fluent in English

Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year (estimated), depending on location and experience.
