About the Team
Our integration partners are at the heart of our business. We work with them to source new deals and expand our product offering to meet the needs of more customers. The App ecosystem team is part of the Partnerships organization, and our mission is to build a best-in-class App ecosystem and create fruitful partnerships for both partners and Aircall to bring our customers the best integrations for their businesses to thrive.
About the Role
The Partner Development Manager (PDM) understands the needs of the business and sources new partners to meet those needs. They work alongside partners as they build, launch, and scale their integrations. This role will unlock partnership opportunities to enable Aircall to accelerate its largest strategic initiatives. You'll work closely with revenue and product teams to identify key areas of opportunity and get creative with new ways for partners to create more value for our customers, partners, and Aircall.
Main Activities:
- Define growth opportunities and identify strategic partners that will unlock those opportunities for Aircall.
- Build the pipeline of partners that will meet your goals and nurture them from prospect to publication.
- Research and prospect ideal partners and gather key business information through thoughtful and collaborative conversations with the partner.
- Simplify and automate processes to reduce time spent on administrative tasks and enhance overall productivity.
- Collaborate closely with product and GTM teams to identify key opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience successfully prospecting and building new tech partnerships.
- Proven ability to negotiate and execute growth-centric partnerships.
- Understanding of partner's business & PaaS/SaaS business models.
- Strong internal stakeholder management.
- Self-motivated, self-directed, heavily prioritizing and measuring impact.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Proficiency in English, with strong verbal and written skills.
Estimated Salary Range:$120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience
