Job Description:
  Pipeline Generation and Qualification
We seek an experienced Director of Sales to drive revenue growth and expand our client base. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating new business leads, qualifying prospects, and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed quarterly targets.

Prospecting and Lead Management
You will develop and implement high-activity prospecting plans, leveraging various channels to engage potential clients. This includes phone calls, messaging across multiple platforms, and in-person meetings to build strong relationships and close deals.

Sales Strategy Execution
In collaboration with our product and marketing teams, you will create and execute tailored sales strategies to address the unique needs of each customer. This involves developing compelling product positioning and demonstrations that resonate with prospects and driving incremental revenue growth.

Deal Handling and Negotiation
You will be responsible for handling deals from start to finish, including commercial negotiations, procurement, and contract execution. Your excellent communication and negotiation skills will enable you to navigate complex deals and secure lucrative agreements.

Customer Feedback and Reporting
You will gather feedback from key customers and provide actionable insights to our product and marketing teams, ensuring we continue to meet evolving market demands.

Brand Representation and Partnerships
As a representative of Recruitment Room, you will attend industry conferences, meetups, and events to promote our brand and foster strategic partnerships. You will work closely with local channel partners to facilitate deals and expand our reach.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  5-7 Years of Proven Sales Experience
We require a seasoned sales executive with a proven track record of driving revenue growth in the Fintech sector. Your extensive experience in the Blockchain and Cybersecurity space is a significant advantage.

Tech-Savviness and Self-Driven Approach
You must be highly tech-savvy, self-driven, and able to operate effectively in a remote environment with minimal supervision.

Excellent Communication and Language Skills
Your excellent written and oral communication skills in English are essential, with proficiency in other languages being a plus.

Compensation Package:
  Base Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
  Equity (Galaxy company shares)
  Commission structure based on performance
