Salary

The salary for this role is $180,000 - $200,000 per year, plus bonus, benefits, vacation, and a company stock plan.

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled General Manager to lead our SaaS software company through a new chapter of strategic direction and execution. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day running of the business, including reporting on performance to the group at least quarterly. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing departmental teams (sales & marketing, customer service, professional services, software development, product management, finance, and Human Resources)
  • Creating an environment where team members feel valued and productive
  • Owning long-range, annual, and quarterly financial and non-financial goals
  • Developing and communicating a clear vision for business growth and revenue generation
  • Generating and reviewing revenue statistics, productivity rates, customer satisfaction trends, and overall improvement trends
