Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Meritt. This is a high-impact leadership role that requires an experienced sales manager with a successful track record in SaaS sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and implement a North American sales strategy aligned with aggressive revenue goals, focused on expanding market share across diverse U.S. markets.
  • Recruit, onboard, and manage a high-performing remote sales team capable of driving exponential growth in a dynamic, competitive landscape.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with high-value clients and key stakeholders, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and long-term engagement.
  • Drive and exceed revenue targets by developing a robust sales pipeline, fostering key partnerships, and expanding into new customer segments.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • 3+ years in sales leadership, ideally with experience scaling sales teams in a tech or SaaS company with high-growth targets fintech experience is strongly preferred.
  • Proven success leading and managing remote teams across dispersed locations, with a track record of building collaborative, high-impact teams.
  • Strong strategic thinker with experience driving substantial revenue growth, particularly in companies scaling between $50M and $150M ARR.
