The Role

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager, Inside Sales to join our team in Madrid, Spain. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for growing RUCKUS's business by working closely with field sales teams and partners to identify new opportunities and develop sales strategies.

About the Job

This role involves:

  • Energetically interacting with field sales and ecosystem partners to discuss project opportunities and drive sales growth.
  • Applying CRM to handle business opportunities and use it for account planning.
  • Implementing creative thinking and planning to identify new fields of play and opportunities.
  • Following up on inbound leads generated by external lead generation tools.
  • Developing sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential opportunities.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A completed bachelor's degree or two years of sales experience.
  • Fluent in Dutch.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel occasionally to support customer and partner face-to-face meetings.

Salary Range

The estimated annual salary for this role is €60,000 - €80,000 depending on experience.
