Sales and Business Management
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing financial performance, and fostering strong client relationships across the Iberian region. A proven track record in sales and business management is essential, along with exceptional leadership qualities and a passion for client success.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve growth targets, revenue generation, and profitability goals
- Foster a proactive sales culture and promote cross-selling opportunities across accounts, PDS services, and industry verticals
- Monitor financial performance metrics, driving accountability and identifying areas for improvement
- Prepare and present performance reports to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations for strategic decisions
Team Leadership and People Development
The Head of Business Development will build, lead, and develop a high-performing sales team, setting clear expectations and providing guidance and resources required for success. A collaborative and inclusive work environment that fosters teamwork, ethics, and excellence is crucial.
Client Relationship Management and Client Success
The successful candidate will develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as their trusted advisor and ensuring overall satisfaction. Collaborating with BDs to understand client objectives, evaluate performance, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement is essential.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in sales and business management, preferably in commercial real estate and/or construction
- Strong financial acumen and ability to drive financial performance within a portfolio
- Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with a demonstrated ability to mentor, motivate, and develop high-performing teams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence clients and stakeholders at all levels
- Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking capabilities, with the ability to anticipate and navigate complex client challenges
- Demonstrated expertise in building and managing strong client relationships, with a track record of driving client success
