**Job Overview:**

Amazon is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Account Manager to join our dynamic Marketplace team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by deeply engaging with our most strategic seller accounts.

About the Role:

In this high-impact position, you will work closely with top-performing sellers to identify opportunities for improved performance, analyze data to create tailored account plans, and advise on the optimal use of Amazon's Marketplace tools and programs.

Main Responsibilities:

* Deeply engage with strategic seller accounts to develop and implement customized growth strategies
* Analyze seller data to identify areas of improvement and create actionable plans to drive results
* Collaborate with internal teams to provide expert advice on Amazon's services and solutions
* Escalate feedback and concerns from sellers to inform product development and process improvements

Key Requirements:

* 5+ years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in a digital marketplace environment
* Proven track record of driving business growth through strategic relationships and partnerships
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and create actionable insights
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients and stakeholders
* Experience working with e-commerce platforms and marketplaces, preferably Amazon
