Enterprise Sales Opportunity

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Regional Sales Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the region, building relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
  2. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets, working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and support.
  3. Account Management: Manage and grow existing customer relationships, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Fortinet products and services.
  4. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to succeed.

Requirements:

  1. Proven Sales Track Record: A minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of quota achievement and sales growth.
  2. Industry Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the network security industry and a strong understanding of Fortinet's products and services.
  3. Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of sales professionals.
  4. Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze complex sales data and develop effective sales strategies.

Education:

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with a graduate degree preferred.
