Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Newell Brands. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving key account execution in the FDM market sector and delivering top-line sales revenue for our brands in northern Spain.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Account Management: Manage assigned accounts directly, building strong relationships with key decision-makers and driving sales growth.
  2. Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
  3. Budgeting and Forecasting: Prepare and execute annual budgets for the accounts, working closely with demand planning to develop accurate sales forecasts.
  4. Trade Spend and Pricing: Manage trade spends and pricing in conjunction with the promotional calendar, ensuring optimal ROI for our brands.
  5. Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers at the Assistant Buyer/Buyer level, facilitating connectivity across functional areas.
  6. Reporting and Analysis: Ensure proper reporting of sales activity performed, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  1. Proven Sales Experience: Minimum 2 years of sales experience in a similar role or industry, with a proven track record of success.
  2. Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business principles, including market analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
  3. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly.
  4. Language Skills: Fluent Spanish and advanced English (written and spoken).
