Join Our Team as a Regional Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Radiometer Iberica. As a key member of our Sales Department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive growth and expansion in our assigned region.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, business development, and account management. You will also have experience in the IVD/MD industry and be able to adapt quickly to our fields of activities.

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining professional relationships with key customers, developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, and overseeing a team of sales representatives. You will also provide guidance and coaching to help them achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and expansion in our assigned region
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with key customers
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Oversee a team of sales representatives and provide guidance and coaching to help them achieve their goals
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business/sales or marketing
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management, business development, and account management
  • Experience in the IVD/MD industry
  • Management experience to lead and motivate a sales team
  • Fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, and English
