Regional Sales Manager

As a Regional Sales Manager at Newell Brands, you will play a key role in driving sales revenue for our brands in northern Spain. Your primary responsibility will be to manage assigned accounts directly, ensuring our products are available to the right customers and aligning with our brand strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage assigned accounts directly, building strong relationships with Assistant Buyers and Buyers.
  • Develop and execute annual budgets for the accounts, ensuring accurate sales forecasts and achieving specified levels of forecast accuracy.
  • Day-to-day management of the promotional calendar, evaluating and correcting course, and leading the process for managing trade spends and pricing.
  • Work with demand planning to develop accurate sales forecasts and achieve specified levels of forecast accuracy.
  • Ensure proper reporting of sales activity performed.
Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience in similar roles or industries.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Full Spanish Driver's Licence.
  • Fluent Spanish and advanced English (written and spoken).
