**The Challenge**
We're looking for an experienced Regional Sales Director to lead our Italian sales organization. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you'll work closely with leaders across the business to build and scale our sales teams.
**Responsibilities**
As the Regional Sales Director, you'll be responsible for:
- Forecasting, reporting, and achieving quarterly and annual demand generation and revenue targets for your team
- Recruiting, hiring, coaching, and managing high-performing sales teams
- Collaborating with sales leadership to develop targeted training and development programs for team members
- Motivating individuals and teams to exceed objectives through coaching and mentorship
- Providing insightful feedback and reporting to the broader sales leadership team
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- At least 5 years of experience building and managing high-performing sales teams
- Experience driving results in a direct, outbound sales environment with short sales cycles
- Fluency in spoken and written Italian and English
- Experience using and optimizing CRM systems (we use Hubspot) and other supporting sales software
- High energy, a willingness to learn, and a self-starter mindset
