At Scalapay, we're revolutionizing the way people shop online and in-store with our innovative BuyNow PayLater payment solution. As a Sales Manager, you'll play a crucial role in helping us achieve our mission by signing top enterprise merchants in Italy.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and build strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive business growth
- Develop and execute strategic commercial plans to meet sales targets
- Collaborate with the Country Sales Manager to set the commercial direction and regional go-to-market strategy
- Focus on pipeline generation and deal closure to achieve sales targets
- Proven track record of exceptional sales performance, with a minimum of 4 years of experience in sales selling to enterprise
- Strong understanding of ecommerce and payments, with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply
- Fluency in Italian and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with CRM tools, such as Hubspot, and prospecting solutions
