We're looking for an Italian-speaking Regional Sales Director to join our rapidly growing office based in Barcelona.

We've been selected by Techleap's Rise Program as a leader in tackling climate change and raised EUR 13 million to support our growth.

The Challenge:

As the RSD, you will be responsible for continuing to scale and lead our Italian sales organization (Sales Development Representatives and Account Executives) based in Barcelona.

You will work alongside leaders from across the business to build reliable, scalable, and successful sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Forecast, report on, and achieve quarterly and annual demand generation and revenue targets of your team;
  • Recruit, hire, coach, and manage the teams;
  • Collaborate with sales leadership for targeted training and development of team members;
  • Motivate individuals and the team to exceed objectives through coaching and mentorship;
  • Provide insightful feedback and reporting to the broader sales leadership team.

Your Profile:

We're looking for someone with at least 5 years of experience building and managing high-performing sales teams.

Experience driving results in a direct, outbound sales environment – short sales cycles is a must.

Fluent in spoken and written Italian and English is required.

Experience in using optimizing CRMs (we use Hubspot) and other supporting sales software is a plus.

We're looking for someone with high energy, willingness to learn, and a self-starter.

Additional nice-to-have experience includes experience in the SME sector, manufacturing space, and software sales.
