Lead Our French Sales Team

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our French sales team and drive the commercial growth of Sensorfact. As Regional Sales Director, you will be responsible for expanding our client portfolio and revenue in the French market.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Forecast and achieve demand generation and revenue targets for your team
  • Recruit, hire, coach, and manage a high-performing sales team
  • Collaborate with sales leadership for targeted training and development of team members
  • Motivate the team to exceed objectives through coaching and mentorship
  • Provide insightful feedback and reporting to the broader sales leadership team
Your Profile

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 5 years of experience building and managing high-performing sales teams
  • Experience driving results in a direct, outbound sales environment with short sales cycles
  • Experienced in using and optimizing CRMs (we use Hubspot) and other supporting sales software
  • Near-native level French speaker with business proficiency in English
  • High energy, willingness to learn, and a self-starter
