Regional Director of Product Led Sales

MongoDB is a leader in the data platform space, empowering innovators to create, transform, and disrupt industries. We're seeking a visionary Regional Director of Product Led Sales to build and develop the next generation of our Product Led Sales organization.
About the Role
- Attract, hire, and retain high-achieving Product Led Account Executives via various channels.
- Drive a high-performance, high-accountability culture to achieve and exceed sales goals.
- Provide strong coaching and mentoring, understanding the inside sales role, our business model, and sales methodology.
- Conduct weekly enablement sessions for development.
- Develop and own Key Performance Indicators for your territory.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 2 years of experience leading an inside sales team.
- A true passion for sales and technology.
- Strong experience in SaaS sales and closing new business.
- Top 10% performer as an individual contributor and manager, with a track record of overachievement.
- Energetic, upbeat, entrepreneurial, and tenacious team player.
