About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our Retail Sales Team at Kraft Heinz. This exciting opportunity will allow you to make a significant impact on our business and drive profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with regional customer accounts, driving sales growth and revenue expansion.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments, applying this knowledge to drive business growth.
Requirements
  • University degree in a relevant field, such as business or marketing.
  • At least 4 years of experience in sales, preferably in the retail channel.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
