- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, including data protection, anti-bribery, and anti-corruption.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5-8 years of sales experience in the healthcare or medical device industry, with a proven track record of success in driving sales growth and building strong customer relationships.
- Fluent in Spanish and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Deep understanding of the international healthcare environment, including market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory requirements.
- Experience in compiling and responding to tender requests, with a strong understanding of the tender process and requirements.
- Strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies that drive business growth and expansion.
- Ability to effectively interface and communicate with multiple constituents, including senior management, customers, consultants, vendors, and employees of all levels.
- Relationship building skills, with the ability to collaborate and build meaningful relationships based on trust and mutual respect.
- Ability to close deals that turn into repeat business, with a strong understanding of sales negotiation and contract management.
