Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Create and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the assigned region.
- Manage and Coach Sales Teams: Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve their goals and objectives.
- Build and Maintain Customer Relationships: Foster strong relationships with key customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with marketing, product development, and other teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
- Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in business, sales, or marketing is required.
- Sales Experience: A minimum of 5 years of sales experience, including experience in sales management, business development, and account management.
- Industry Experience: Experience in the IVD/MD industry is highly desirable.
- Language Requirements: Proficiency in Spanish, Portuguese, and English is required.
- Travel Requirements: This role requires spending 60% of the time traveling within territories.
