Position Overview

ExtraHop's Sales team is expanding, and we're seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Regional Sales Manager. Our platform for Network Security Analytics is a unique and powerful component of Security Operations, offering strong compensation plans, fair quotas, and the opportunity to work with other smart, hardworking people who are excited about creating the next great systems company in the Security market.

Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Identify and develop opportunities for generating direct sales or partnerships with resellers in assigned regions/territories/districts.
  2. Meet and exceed assigned sales targets by closing new accounts and growing revenues.
  3. Conduct market research to identify prospects for ExtraHop products through cold calls, lead follow-up, and face-to-face meetings.
  4. Build relationships with senior executives to understand the business, decision-making, and financing processes of your territory.
  5. Present and demonstrate ExtraHop products to customers.
  6. Provide customer and competitor feedback and field intelligence where available and necessary.
  7. Develop strategic sales account plans for all customers and identify business growth opportunities in assigned customer base.
  8. Collaborate with resellers and field sales engineers to ensure a seamless sales process, lead generation, and accurate forecasting of revenue.
  9. Work with resellers to grow business in your territory.
  10. Prepare and maintain an accurate sales forecast for your territory.
  11. Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in customer and related organizations.
Required Qualifications and Experience

A four-year degree or equivalent in a related discipline (e.g., Business Administration, Marketing, or Computer Science) is required. Relevant experience in sales, business development, or a related field is also essential.
