Position Overview: We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist fluent in Spanish and English to enhance our dynamic customer support team. This role operates during the day, with flexible start times ranging from 8 am to 3 pm and concluding between 5 pm and 11 pm throughout the week. Our team is dedicated to ensuring a positive experience for our players.

Your Role:
As a vital representative of our brand, you will assist customers with their inquiries and concerns. We will equip you with comprehensive training tailored to your role, enabling you to utilize our knowledge base and promotional resources effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and continuous improvement in their experience.

This position follows a hybrid work model, allowing you to balance remote work with in-office collaboration two days a week. We will provide the necessary tools for remote work while emphasizing the importance of teamwork and shared goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage directly with players through messaging platforms and occasionally via our ticketing system to address their questions and resolve issues.
  • Keep players informed about upcoming promotions, regulatory changes, and requirements.
  • Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly responses to all inquiries.
  • Stay updated with PokerStars guidelines, policies, and procedures while completing additional tasks as directed by management.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, working towards agreed targets as we aim to grow our brands and enhance our services.
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of the business by participating in projects and task groups.

Candidate Profile:
Experience: While prior experience in a customer-facing role is not mandatory, any relevant background in customer support, online gaming, or payment processing is advantageous.

Skills: Proficient in English with native-level Spanish.

Attributes: Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of assessing customer needs effectively.
