We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative fluent in Spanish and English to become an integral part of our dynamic customer support team.
As a daytime role, your working hours will vary between 8 am and 3 pm, concluding between 5 pm and 11 pm throughout the week. The team is dedicated to ensuring a positive experience for our users.

Your Role:

As a representative, you will act as the face of our brand, assisting customers with their inquiries. We will equip you with comprehensive training tailored to enhance your skills and enable you to utilize our extensive knowledge base and promotional resources effectively, allowing you to focus on customer satisfaction and improving their overall experience.

This position adopts a hybrid work model, enabling you to balance remote work with time spent in our modern office. We will provide the necessary equipment for your home office, while also emphasizing the importance of teamwork and collaboration.
