We are seeking a dedicated Bilingual Customer Service Representative fluent in Spanish and English to enhance our dynamic customer support team. This role operates during the day, with flexible start times ranging from 8 am to 3 pm and concluding between 5 pm and 11 pm throughout the week. The team is engaged in a variety of tasks, ensuring a positive experience for our users.
Your Role:
As a key ambassador for our brand, you will assist customers with their inquiries and provide solutions. We will equip you with comprehensive training tailored to help you excel in your role, along with access to our knowledge base, promotional resources, and a continuously evolving environment, enabling you to focus on enhancing customer satisfaction and improving their overall experience.
This position adopts a hybrid work model, allowing you to balance remote work with in-office collaboration two days a week. We will provide the necessary tools for your home office, while also emphasizing the importance of teamwork and quality interactions to maintain alignment with our mission.

- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly responses to all inquiries;
- Remain updated on all company guidelines, policies, and procedures, and complete additional tasks as assigned by management;
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, working towards established targets as we aim to grow our brands and enhance our services;
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn about the business by participating in projects and task groups.

While prior experience in a customer-facing role is not mandatory, any relevant background or interest in customer support, online gaming, or online payment processing will be considered advantageous.

Proficient in English with native-level Spanish proficiency.
