As a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist fluent in Spanish and English, you will be an integral part of our dynamic customer support team. This role is structured around daytime hours, with flexible start times between 8 AM and 3 PM, concluding between 5 PM and 11 PM throughout the week. Your primary focus will be to enhance the player experience by addressing their inquiries and ensuring satisfaction.
Your Role:
In this position, you will act as the face of our company, assisting customers with their questions and concerns. We will equip you with a thorough training program designed to familiarize you with our extensive knowledge base, promotional materials, and the evolving landscape of our services, allowing you to prioritize customer happiness and continuously enhance their experience.
Work Environment:
This role adopts a hybrid work model, enabling you to balance remote work with in-office collaboration two days a week. We will provide the necessary resources for your home office while emphasizing the importance of teamwork and shared objectives.

Candidate Profile:
While prior experience in customer-facing roles is not mandatory, any relevant background or interest in customer support, online gaming, or payment processing will be advantageous.

Proficient in English with native-level Spanish proficiency.
