Position Overview:
We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist fluent in Spanish and English to enhance our dynamic customer support team.
This role operates during the day, with flexible start times ranging from 8 AM to 3 PM and concluding between 5 PM and 11 PM throughout the week. The team engages in various tasks to ensure a positive experience for our users.
Key Responsibilities:
As a vital member of our team, you will:
- Communicate directly with our users through a messaging platform and occasionally via our ticketing system to address inquiries and resolve issues.
- Stay informed about upcoming promotions, regulatory changes, and requirements to keep our users updated.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly responses to all inquiries.
- Remain well-versed in our guidelines, policies, and procedures, and complete additional tasks as assigned by management.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment while working towards established targets.
- Engage in projects and task groups to deepen your understanding of the business.
Candidate Profile:
While prior experience in a customer-facing role is not mandatory, any relevant background or interest in customer support, online gaming, or payment processing will be advantageous.
