Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at Betway Group. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing world-class customer service to our clients in Spanish, responding to their queries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and online chat in Spanish
- Assist with tasks within other regions using company translation tools, if all tasks on the product have been completed
- Process and resolve incoming and outgoing contacts in a multimedia environment
- Process pertinent information into relevant databases
- Complete tasks assigned during shift
- Build and manage customer relationships, as well as cross-sell products and services
- Solve problems during shift
- Take full responsibility for customer-related queries
- Manage time effectively and adhere to schedule
- Perform extra tasks given by managers/shift supervisors as required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Spanish, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively
- Experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams, with a focus on achieving shared goals
- Expertise in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a track record of delivering on time and within scope
- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring high standards of quality in all outputs
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and priorities, maintaining effectiveness in dynamic situations
- Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate effectively (read, write, and speak fluently)
- Valid work/residence permit for Ceuta
- Availability for 24/7 shift rotations
- Completed high school qualification
- 2 years' work experience post-qualification
- In-depth knowledge of sports betting markets, including odds calculation, betting types, and market trends
- Previous experience in the online gaming or casino industry, with a strong understanding of player behavior and industry regulations
- Familiarity with gambling regulations and compliance requirements in various jurisdictions, ensuring adherence to legal standards
- Experience in developing and executing customer retention strategies
- Be in possession of a degree
